Renaissance Great Comebacks™ Program

The Renaissance Awards Program becomes the Renaissance Great Comebacks™ Program.

In 2008, the United Ostomy Association of Canada and ConvaTec are proud to announce that the Renaissance Awards Program is becoming the Renaissance Great Comebacks™ Program and will now be part of an international program, the Great Comebacks™.

We will continue to celebrate the Renaissance of Canadians living with an ostomy and we will have a larger platform to share the great stories with the Great Comebacks™ international community.
